• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.
• Maintain a quick, easy, and fun service by understanding customer needs and sharing your fashion expertise.
• Contribute to keeping the department "runway ready" by straightening, cleaning, and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay informed on key fashion trends and products to assist customers with purchase decisions.
• Build customer relationships by promoting upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Support other store areas, including order fulfillment and order pick-up.
