Retail Cashier and Sales Floor Support - Lingerie - Tysons Corner Center

Summary

Provide customer service at checkout and on the sales floor in the lingerie department. Support transactions, keep the department ready for customers, and assist with other store needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with sales, returns, and other transactions in person and by phone.
• Maintain the cash wrap and sales floor by straightening, cleaning, and restocking.
• Share product and trend knowledge, upcoming events, gift cards, and rewards information with customers.
• Support order fulfillment, pickup, and other areas of the store as needed.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and learn computer applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
