Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media outreach
• Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
• Process sales, open customer rewards accounts, and support order fulfillment
• Maintain the department customer-ready by stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
