Retail Sales - Accessories

Summary

Provide personalized styling and sales support for accessories, cultivating and growing customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Meet sales goals using a variety of selling tools including text and social media, while maintaining product knowledge and department presentation. Deliver excellent customer service and assist with order fulfillment and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling channels.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow the rewards program.
• Use text and social media to connect with customers and drive sales.
• Provide styling advice, feedback on fit, and product recommendations.
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require and work a flexible schedule.
• Handle merchandise and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds.
