Summary

Salesperson responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling for sunglasses and accessories at a flagship location. Role requires strong communication, styling ability, and use of technology and networking to build customer relationships. Position involves flexible scheduling and occasional work in other departments based on business needs. Physical stamina is required for continuous movement and handling merchandise during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal customer following
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product selection
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and open customer accounts
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain organization and follow through
• Be flexible to work in other departments as required by business needs

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in luxury and/or retail preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Interest in using technology and social media for selling
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
