Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide styling and fit feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, completing markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Encourage customers to open rewards program accounts and collaborate with the team.
