The Salesperson supports men's apparel customers through styling, product knowledge, and personalized service. The role includes meeting sales goals through in-store and digital selling while helping keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, mark down prices, and maintain a clean department.
• Work flexible hours and occasionally support other departments.
