Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and is focused on driving sales both in-store and through digital channels by cultivating and growing a customer following. This role provides personalized styling and fit advice, leverages selling tools including text and social media, and helps keep the department customer-ready. The schedule varies based on business needs and the role may require occasional support of other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and assist customers with styling and fit
• Provide exceptional customer service on the customer’s terms and open rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Use product knowledge and networking to grow sales and customer following
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Interest and ability to use technology and social media to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow through on tasks
• Physical ability to be continuously active for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
