Retail Sales - Accessories - Perimeter Mall

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and styling expertise while driving sales both in-store and through digital channels. Build and maintain lasting customer relationships, meet sales goals, and support department presentation and operations. Be flexible to work varied schedules and occasionally assist other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including use of text and social media.
• Cultivate and grow a customer following and open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Deliver confident styling advice on fit and product to customers.
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Collaborate with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and able to follow through on tasks.
• Comfort using technology and networking to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment and work a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift and to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
