Summary

The Salesperson is a customer-focused retail associate who drives sales for accessories through in-store and digital channels. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including use of text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
• Provide excellent customer service and confident, honest feedback on style and fit
• Support merchandising tasks: filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards account enrollment and related activities

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable using networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to meet business needs and occasionally work in other departments
• Physical ability to be on the move 6-8 hours per shift, perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
