Summary

Retail sales role focused on accessories with responsibilities for both in-store and digital selling. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and provide personalized styling and fit guidance
• Open and grow rewards program accounts to deepen customer engagement
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, execute price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Support other departments occasionally and work a flexible schedule based on business needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
• Comfortable using networking tools and technology, including social media and text, to drive sales
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment and work a flexible schedule
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
