Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills; self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Willingness to work a variable schedule based on business needs.
• Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, fine manipulation, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
