Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Engage customers and cultivate lasting relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and open rewards accounts
• Support merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Fill orders and assist with customer transactions
• Maintain department readiness through light cleaning and organization
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capability for continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and frequent bending and reaching

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
