Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide styling and fit guidance and deliver excellent customer service on the customer’s terms
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments and work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills and a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and ability to excel in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and follow through on responsibilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift, frequently bend, reach, and lift regularly up to 10-25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (stock/logistics duties)
