Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow the customer following.
• Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection.
• Support department upkeep: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Open new customer accounts in the store rewards program and support team selling initiatives.

• Physical ability to be on your feet 6-8 hours per shift, frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds.
