Responsibilities

• Engage customers and build relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
• Style customers and curate content on digital platforms including text and social media to achieve sales goals.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable using networking and technology to achieve sales.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Physical capability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, frequent bending/reaching, and lifting regularly up to 25 pounds (occasionally higher for stock/logistics).
