Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations in a luxury eyewear retail environment. Build client relationships, support omnichannel experiences, assist with minor adjustments and help achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining a polished store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge and stay current on trends and features.
- Build and maintain client relationships through in-store and follow-up communication.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless service across online and in-store platforms.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
- Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house.
- Adhere to brand policies and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience operating a POS system and luxury sales or eyewear experience preferred.
