Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships while achieving sales targets for a luxury eyewear brand at the Madison store. Maintain deep product knowledge, assist with fittings and minor repairs, and deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations.
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain product and brand knowledge including warranties and optical add-ons.
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
- Ensure a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house.
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure consistency between online and in-store services.
- Adhere to brand policies and procedures and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong client relationship ability.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Punctual, reliable and a collaborative team player.
