The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds strong client relationships, and meets sales targets while demonstrating in-depth product and brand knowledge in an eyewear luxury retail environment. The role supports omnichannel customer experiences and assists with minor adjustments and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service ensuring memorable shopping experiences
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and attend training sessions
- Build and maintain client relationships including follow-up communication
- Consistently meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing store environment
- Provide omnichannel support for seamless online and in-store experiences
- Adhere to brand policies and procedures
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferably in eyewear or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client relationship ability
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Team-player mindset adaptable and open to feedback
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Experience operating a POS system preferred
