Retail Sales Associate

Summary

Retail Sales Associate based in Aspen responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving sales for the boutique. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, educating customers on eyewear products, and achieving individual and store sales targets. Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and educate clients to ensure a comfortable and informative shopping experience.
• Build and cultivate long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Meet individual and store sales targets and goals.
• Use product knowledge to increase sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
• Assist with general housekeeping and maintain the store image.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience; eyewear, jewelry, or fashion experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for eyewear and quality design.
• Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evenings and weekends.
• Optician license or certification preferred but not required.
