The Retail Sales - At Home associate builds and maintains customer relationships both in-store and digitally, using styling expertise and selling tools such as text and social media to meet sales goals. The role supports department presentation and order fulfillment while providing confident, honest guidance on style and fit. Schedule varies based on business needs and the role may require supporting other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using phone, text, and social media tools
• Cultivate and grow a customer following and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide styling advice and fit recommendations to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, execute price markdowns, and perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Collaborate with team members and occasionally perform duties in other departments
