Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide honest and confident style and fit recommendations
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Keep the department customer-ready through light cleaning and organization
- Grow customer relationships by opening new rewards program accounts
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet department objectives
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments when needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong interest in networking and technology for sales
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Organizational skills and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Ability to handle and occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds
