Summary

Passionate, customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for driving sales and cultivating a loyal client following both in-store and digitally. Uses social media and direct communication to meet individual and department sales goals while providing confident styling and fit advice. Works collaboratively with the team to maintain a customer-ready department and may assist in other areas as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media outreach
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal client base
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product selection
• Process orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and maintain department appearance
• Open customer accounts and promote the loyalty program as appropriate
• Occasionally assist in other departments based on business needs

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable using networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment and work a flexible schedule
• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds
