Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide thoughtful service and confident style and fit advice.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and grow customer participation in the rewards program.
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, completing markdowns, and light cleaning.
