Summary

Provide customer-focused sales and styling support in the Holiday Gift Shop. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships and provide helpful feedback on style and fit.
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge and support the customer-ready department through stocking, order fulfillment, and merchandising.
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and collaborate with the team.
