Provide personalized fashion and styling assistance while achieving sales goals in-store and through digital selling. Build customer relationships and help keep the department ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide service and style feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Fill orders, stock and re-merchandise products, process markdowns, and maintain the department.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and remain flexible to support other departments as needed.

• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physical tasks including frequent movement and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
