Responsibilities

• Apply makeup, assess skincare needs, and recommend products to support customers' beauty goals.
• Build customer relationships and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, text, and social media.
• Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty products and trends.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and encourage customer loyalty program enrollment.
