Flex Associate

Summary

Flex Associates provide coverage when regularly scheduled associates are unavailable or when business activity requires supplemental staff. The role supports selling and store operations while delivering a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and locate merchandise based on customer needs, and maintain familiarity with store inventory and promotions.
• Build customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and support sales, customer acquisition, and loyalty goals.
• Process sales transactions accurately and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, complete markdowns, and ensure merchandise displays meet brand standards.
• Follow asset protection procedures, report shortage concerns, and complete tasks assigned by store leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales, with a proven sales record and a customer-focused approach.
• Fashion knowledge and the ability to build customer relationships and deliver a high standard of service.
• Ability to use POS registers and related store equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
