Summary

Salesperson responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling channels, including text and social media. Role involves styling customers, building lasting relationships, growing customer following, and contributing to department readiness through merchandising and order fulfillment. Schedule varies weekly and may require flexibility to work in different departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide style and fit guidance with honest confident feedback
• Use texting and social media to grow customer following and drive sales
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs and occasionally support other departments
