Summary

Sell kids' apparel and shoes in a Nordstrom store while also engaging customers digitally to build a loyal following. Use styling expertise and selling tools to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. Maintain a customer-ready department and support team needs across departments as required.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using texting and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide honest styling and fit recommendations to customers.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and do light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready.
• Work flexibly across schedules and occasionally support other departments as needed.
