Summary

Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling to build customer confidence and long term relationships through in-store and digital interactions. Deliver exceptional service while supporting sales goals and maintaining the presentation of the department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending proper fit and styles
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
• Use digital tools such as text and social media to drive sales
• Achieve individual and department sales goals and participate in performance incentives
• Collaborate with the team to fill orders, restock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Participate in trainings to stay current on product knowledge and fit techniques
