Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Achieve individual and department sales goals using in-store and digital tools like text and social media
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a customer ready department
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Use networking and technology to grow a loyal customer base
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Physical ability to be on feet for long periods and perform bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
