Provide personalized lingerie fit and styling to create a supportive and confident customer experience. Deliver sales through in-store and digital interactions while maintaining a customer-ready department and contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring and recommending fit and styles; provide honest, empathetic guidance.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up using in-store and digital tools.
• Achieve individual and department sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
• Support team operations by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
