Summary

The Lingerie Retail Sales associate provides personalized intimate apparel fittings and styling to build customer confidence and loyalty. They perform bra fittings, recommend sizes and styles, and support customers both in-store and via digital channels. This role focuses on meeting sales goals while maintaining a customer-ready department through collaboration and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings and provide fit and style guidance in the fitting room.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and digital outreach such as text and social media.
• Achieve individual and department sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members to support training, product knowledge, and a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and sensitivity for intimate apparel fittings.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn bra fitting techniques and sizing (training provided).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with an interest in using technology and networking to drive sales.
