Summary

Provide personalized lingerie sales and expert bra fittings to create comfortable, confidence-boosting experiences for customers. Build and maintain customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions while meeting sales goals. Support the department through merchandising, stocking, order fulfillment, and collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measure for size, and recommend appropriate fit and styles; training provided.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up, and digital outreach (text and social media).
• Achieve individual and department sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Support merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, filling orders, and light cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in trainings to maintain product knowledge and a customer-ready department.
