Summary

Provide personalized lingerie sales and expert bra fittings in a store environment while engaging customers through digital channels. Build lasting customer relationships by focusing on fit, comfort, and style and work toward individual and team sales goals. Support the department through merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a customer-ready environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with personalized service and honest feedback.
• Achieve sales goals using in-store and digital tools such as texting and social media.
• Support merchandising and operations by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Participate in product and skills training to maintain current fashion and product knowledge.
• Perform physical tasks including frequent bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
