Summary
Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling to build customer trust and loyalty, drive sales in-store and digitally, and maintain a customer-ready department through merchandising and teamwork. Deliver empathetic, body positive service while meeting performance goals and participating in ongoing training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate size and styles.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions.
- Achieve individual and department sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
- Use texting and social media tools to engage customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays.
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready.
- Participate in training sessions to maintain product and brand knowledge.
- Lift and handle merchandise safely, including items up to 25 pounds occasionally.

- Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation required.
