Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and providing fit and style recommendations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up via text and social media.
• Meet or exceed sales goals in-store and digitally.
• Collaborate with team members to stock merchandise and maintain product presentation.
• Fill orders and assist with re-merchandising and price markdowns.
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer-ready department.
• Participate in training to stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends.
