Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Provide personalized service and honest fit feedback to build lasting customer relationships
- Achieve sales goals in-store and through digital tools such as text and social media
- Collaborate with team members to fill orders and restock merchandise
- Re-merchandise displays and perform price markdowns as needed
- Perform light cleaning to maintain a customer-ready department
- Participate in training to stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers
- Empathy, sensitivity and commitment to body positive fittings for diverse customers
- Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work hours based on business needs
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
