Summary

The Lingerie Salesperson provides personalized bra-fitting and styling services to build lasting customer relationships both in-store and through digital channels. This role focuses on fit expertise, body-positive service, and achieving sales goals by leveraging product knowledge and networking tools. The salesperson works collaboratively with the team to maintain a customer-ready lingerie department and deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and recommending appropriate fit and styles.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
• Achieve sales goals in-store and via digital tools such as text and social media.
• Participate in continuous product and brand training to maintain fashion and fit knowledge.
• Support department tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Empathy, sensitivity, and a body-positive approach to intimate apparel fittings.
• Self-motivated with a strong interest in using networking and technology to drive sales.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to be on foot and perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
