Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Cultivate and grow a customer following through service and outreach
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and open rewards accounts
• Support department operations including filling orders and stocking
• Perform re-merchandising, pricing markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
• Maintain physical stamina for continuous movement and handling merchandise
