Summary

Join the Men's Apparel team to drive sales both in-store and through digital channels while delivering personalized styling and excellent customer service. You will build lasting customer relationships, use technology and social tools to grow your sales, and help maintain a customer-ready department. The role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally assist in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide styling advice and product knowledge to customers with honest, confident feedback
• Perform merchandising duties: fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, apply price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Collaborate with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and comfort with digital selling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, prioritize tasks, and follow through
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
• Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
