Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role sets and achieves sales goals using a variety of selling tools and delivers high-quality, personalized customer service. The Salesperson also supports department readiness through merchandising and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide confident style and fit guidance and deliver excellent customer service
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal oriented focus
• Ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals and work effectively in a team
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours, bend, reach, and lift items up to 25 pounds
