Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and cultivates a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role focuses on achieving sales goals, providing confident styling and fit advice, and building lasting customer relationships. The position supports merchandising, order fulfillment, and requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally cover other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow the Rewards program
• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit to customers
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to support other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment and follow through on responsibilities
• Flexible availability to work varying schedules based on business needs
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
