Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a following
- Provide excellent customer service and confident feedback on style and fit
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Keep department clean and customer ready with light cleaning tasks
- Grow relationships by opening new rewards program accounts
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments when needed
- Use networking and technology to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to excel in a team environment
