Job Description

Summary

The Retail Sales role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through in-store and digital selling, building lasting customer relationships, and achieving sales goals using selling tools and social media. The role supports department readiness through merchandising, stocking, order fulfillment, and occasional cross-department duties. Schedule varies based on business needs and flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
  • Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a following
  • Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer base
  • Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising tasks
  • Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
  • Work collaboratively with the team and occasionally support other departments
  • Maintain organization and follow through on tasks in a fast paced environment

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and goal oriented with a strong sales focus
  • Interest in using networking and technology for sales
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Capability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
  • Organizational skills and attention to follow through
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Ability to occasionally perform duties in other departments
