Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
- Open new customer rewards program accounts and grow loyalty participation
- Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, pricing markdowns, and light cleaning
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Maintain physical stamina for continuous movement and handling merchandise during shifts
