Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling and fit recommendations with confidence and honesty
- Use texting and social media to grow customer engagement and sales
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Work a flexible schedule that varies by business needs
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required
