Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in store and digital selling using selling tools and reservations.

- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit value and wardrobe building.
- Drive new Nordstrom Rewards program account openings to grow sales.
- Conduct and participate in product knowledge meetings and share brand performance insights.
- Merchandise the department including stocking re merchandising displays price markdowns and transfers.
- Provide product feedback to the district manager to influence assortment.
- Collaborate with DSAs stylists and surrounding departments to support sales events.
