Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and maintain department cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
- Be flexible to perform duties in different departments as business needs require
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a strong interest in networking and technology for sales
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced setting
- Organization and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours including bending, lifting, reaching, and handling bulky items
- Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
